Project & Strategy Manager
I support Prof Ploeg with the project management of the QUOD biobank and his portfolio of research and commercial projects. My main focus is to have an overview of all projects and make sure that they run within time, budget, and scope. I also help our scientists to set up new, impactful projects and commercial partnerships.
I have a background in project and programme management in very diverse industries, and moved to Oxford from Belgium in October 2022.
