Executive Assistant & QUOD Administrator
I am Executive Assistant to Rutger Ploeg, Professor of Transplant Biology. I am responsible for the day to day running of his office and provide confidential support covering diary commitments, organising of internal and external meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and expenses.
I am also Administrator for QUOD and the Transplant Research Group. My responsibilities include minute taking, administration for research applications, team expenses, order processing, and organising conferences. As part of QUOD’s Communication Committee, I maintain the website and social media platforms and support the issue of QUOD’s quarterly Newsletters.
