Each Regional Operational Coordinator (ROC) is based in a Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (H&I) lab in one of the 8 QUOD regional centres. In addition, a network of H&I labs throughout the UK facilitate the processing of QUOD DB2 samples, prior to transfer of the samples to the Oxford hub.
