Each Regional Management Team (RMT) is responsible for the day-to-day running of the QUOD programme in their affiliated QUOD Regional Centre located across the UK.
The QUOD RMTs are located in the dedicated QUOD Regional Centres affiliated with a NORS retrieval zone and involve the Regional Lead, the Regional Operational Coordinator (ROC), a lead SNOD, a representative from the Regional NORS team and lead of the Regional Laboratory affiliated with QUOD.
Each RMT is chaired by the Regional Lead within the QUOD Regional Centre. The ROCs coordinate activities in the NORS zone for QUOD and liaise with the SNODs, NORS team and affiliated Regional Laboratory. The ROCs liaise monthly with the National Operational Coordinator via a Microsoft Teams meeting.
