The QUOD National Management Team (NMT), together with the rest of the Core QUOD Team, is responsible for the day-to-day running of the QUOD programme on a national level in close collaboration with the QUOD Regional Management Teams (RMT). The NMT supports the RMT in each QUOD regional Centre located across the UK.
The NMT is chaired by the National Operational Coordinator, and meets on a monthly basis. The NMT reports to the SC (Steering Committee) on a regular basis, at least twice a year.
The NHSBT OTDT Research Managers, the Specialist Nurse Research and the OTDT National Quality Manager join the NMT and form the link between the University of Oxford and NHSBT.
